Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at your earliest convenience.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
